Death Rattle is the newest output by Long island outfit American Ice Age. The band has increasingly been embracing a hard rock n roll sound with every release and here they have reached PEAK rock. Featuring veterans of hardcore outfits like This is Hell, The Backup Plan, Subterfuge and current, killer metal outfit Extinction A.D, the band is sounding like an unholy, foot stomping cross between the heavier moments of WASP, the thrashier moments of Motley Crue, and the most rock n roll moments of The Suicide File with an emphasis on RIFFS. Standing out among Absolute Contempt releases for their style but maintaining the tradition of heartfelt, no bullshit music, this is the home run the band called on their last digital release.
